Workout – Running and Stuff
Today’s run – 2.80m/30 min
Mood: Feeling good…pretty much settled down now eager-wise. Just focusing on getting a good workout. Maintain the alternating technique. Again between 6 and 5mph. This time I finished my last 3 minutes by gusting to 7mph. Will probably push the 7mph to 4min next workout. 2 days to go until I move up to the next subphase in Phase I. Haven’t said much about my situps and pushups, but I have been working on 30 reps, hitting the six-pack with 3 sets of curl ups, 1 set of leg lifts or bicycles and 1 set of 30 push ups.

Zocor up check! No word still from the Foxfire agent. Pretty much pulling back from it now anyway. Will be looking at this other prospect down on 2nd St near the Historic District area, hopefully later on today.
