2019 – NoFear 5 – Full Circuit

April was pretty cool.  Still sticking to my shoulder/foot repair regiment so far.  I think I am getting some results.  They feel stronger (shoulder especially) and hurting less.  I have started pulling back on intensity between days to give both areas time to heal, so I am alternating 100% & and 50% days.  Exercise wise I am down to knocking out the easy DareBee exercise, but that is good because I am still keeping active, although with less intensity.  Repair is just coming frustratingly slow.  Honestly though, overall I feel physically great.

I made some contact with Lejmarc last month – I was stoke by that.  This month is Jackie’s birthday and I still miss her very much.  This month is the month of  Aunt Cissy’s passing and it is still relatively raw.  May is a helluva month for sure.

I do have some extended relationship issues that need repair.  They will be hard.  I have no malice or hard feeling – more like disappointment and frustrations.  Nonetheless, they are what they are.  I will just have to do my best and keep it movin.   

So the beard has come in.  There are a couple bald areas on the cheek, but in general I feel good about it.  I got it cut for the first time in month – a couple days ago.  I am still thinking that the but to cut it might come any day.  Chey is closing in on the end of her 10th grade and continues to do quite well in both academics and fitness.  I can give her probably a 80-90% there in the fitness range.  It is awesome to watch my daughter grow up strong and with confidence.  

(Kept from previous foreword) – Additionally, I have added a couple layers of complexity or demand to my workout.  First, I am religiously sticking to DareBee and the Daily Dare; I am also, keeping the preliminaries.  Second, I have added a consecutive component – so, starting with the end of IronBorn (9 April 2017), I have worked consecutively.  I intend to push for 60 straight day, then see if I can get to 90.  So far I am enjoying it and my body seems to be rising to the occasion.  I caught the flu a few day before the end of the last phase (around May 2017) – I worked through it and was back up in only a couple of days.  It appears pushing through and forcing my body to continue working, I was able to push the flu out of my way.  I am also continuing my virtual push to OKC via Benton.  I am really enjoying that but I will have to pick up the mileage here in the next phase as I am running out of time. Keep leaning forward.
