2019 – NoFear 2 – 30 Days Cardio Blast

Keeping it going.  I had a pretty good start to the year.  So far things are not too bad.  As I write this, I am awaiting some news I hope will be good.  Marcus has returned to school, Ms Alfredia is away with Shenaye hanging with her in DC and helping her to settle in.  Chey is doing well, just need to tighten up her labs, but ok nonetheless.  I am plugging away at some Calculus review courses and feeling good about it.  And my beautiful Grid is doing quite well. 

Fitness level is ok, not great since I am nursing a right foot.  This month, I intend to hit the treadmill everyday for at least a few minutes.  And if I can get the elliptical back in gear, I will do that too.  I also can’t wait to get back out on the road.  

I have indeed gone a bit soft around the midsection, so I have to remedy that as soon as I can.  My cardio is just not up to snuff that’s all.   

(Kept from previous foreword) – Additionally, I have added a couple layers of complexity or demand to my workout.  First, I am religiously sticking to DareBee and the Daily Dare; I am also, keeping the preliminaries.  Second, I have added a consecutive component – so, starting with the end of IronBorn (9 April 2017), I have worked consecutively.  I intend to push for 60 straight day, then see if I can get to 90.  So far I am enjoying it and my body seems to be rising to the occasion.  I caught the flu a few day before the end of the last phase (around May 2017) – I worked through it and was back up in only a couple of days.  It appears pushing through and forcing my body to continue working, I was able to push the flu out of my way.  I am also continuing my virtual push to OKC via Benton.  I am really enjoying that but I will have to pick up the mileage here in the next phase as I am running out of time. Keep leaning forward.

DareBee Exercise-1 (Day 2): “Cardio Blast”  – Oh – loved this workout.  Lots of high knees and climbers  – Check!
– Daily Dare (33/553)  50 Heel Taps  – The first time in about the year that I have fallen out of the top 5 I believe – Check!
– Baseline: Push through with very little problem.  The right leg is a bit sore, but expected given the volume of HK Check!

DareBee Exercise-1 (Day 1): “Cardio Blast”  – Lots of lunges and JJ.  I’ve worked up a pretty healthy sweat  – Check!
– Daily Dare (32/552)  80 Climbers  – I just wasn’t expecting this is morning, but no worries, i love them – Check!
– Baseline: The right foot is paining a bit due to the type of lunges.  I had to stretch the instep.  Will watch it Check!
