Today’s run – 2.0 km/10 min

Week 1 [5]: 10.2 km [this week] – [Phase II – 10.2 km / (All Phases – 135.6km)]

Mood: Switch work patter night to days – couldn’t run 1st and 2nd and only managed a feel 2km run tonite. It will take me a little while to get thru this for sure. Do have off a couple days after tomorrow. Will get in a pretty good run then. Have quite a few miles to make up.
