Rupeâ€™s Year of the Body: PhII-Day 35(F17)
Great mix-workout day.Â Started off with group P/T this morning at 0700.Â Did the new Navy Fitness Regime.Â I will attached the parts below.Â After about 30 mins on that, we broad for a 1.25 mi run.Â I ran to the gym and then rode the elliptical for another 15mins.Â Â All-around great workout.Â
