Damn the D's

James BrownLong ass day – chasing friggin’ D’s. Well, you really don’t want to know what the heck Ds are – suffice to say it was a really…really long day.

I have a throbbing headache right now too – lack of sleep and improper eating…not to mention working out schedule. Tomorrow starts the Month of Feburary, the month I will get on the roll and get back in top shape. I know I said that earlier this month, but now I have to force myself to do some of the unpleasantries…

Anyway, I just got to center and I am starving so let me go eat…..Adios!

By the way if anyone is looking for James Brown – I heard he is doing time for beating his female – aint that some shizzile….James in the “Big House” with a perm….oyay! go ahead JB with yo bad self.

Now bubba will be beating up on you….
