Rupe’s YoB: Phase III-Day 30(W19) – Cardio

Day 3 of my 100% week, all is going well.  Pretty good run this morning.  It to drizzle at the 4 mile point, I thought  it was gonna come down pretty hard, but it held up until I got it and then it came down really hard.  Really enjoyed the run very much.

Cardio: 58 mins
Distance: 5.0
Calories: 904 (Run)
Crunches: 200

Total Distance: 310.14 miles (Goal 400/89.86 remain)
Total Calories: 75,946 (Goal 80,000/4,054 remain)
Total Crunches: 7,730 (Goal 25,000/17,270)
