Rupe’s YoB: Phase III-Day 28(M17) – Cardio
Narrative:
So I am still holding tough to not lifting now for over 2 weeks. Â Honestly, I can’t say whether there is any improvement in both the right elbow and left wrist. Â I still have tender moments if I turn my arm in a certain position. Â I will give it until the end of this week to see what gives and then I am off to the doctors. Â At any rate, pretty good cardio on the elliptical today; I have pretty much took most of last week off for a bit of downtime, but I will pick it up back this week, going for 100 percent through Friday this week – hitting the road every morning.
