Mood: Felt a bit tired today….will have to take 2 rest days per week with these long run or just run short distances in between. Like tomorrow I will probably just run for 30 min slow…Absolutely great! – Broke the 6.0 km in 30min barrier. Got the leap day coming tomorrow.

Speed test: 2.4km or 1.48 m in 10min that was runing at [13/8min and 14/2min]
