Getting back to business after a day off. Pretty tough workout especially after round 3. Had good sleep last night so that was helpful. Specifics: Did Burn Baby Burn HIIT movements (essentially burpees) as indicated below and then moved on to 30 mins on the elliptical. I workout at level I for this series doing 5 rounds. No particular muscle aches right now, body is starting to calm down some – hoorah!.
