Got my run in early today so that I can go eating…just kidding.  Generally, I feel very good today on the eve of Christmas.  Specifics:  Worked the elliptical today – inline15°, SPM at 82 and resistance of 2.0.  No change in the music department from yesterday, I continue to rock Jason Derulo and added a bit of PitBull in my earphones. That’s it for today… Good livin’…just keep on movin’
