Day number 8;  Pretty good workout on the elliptical today.  I just set it at resistance of 4.0 and plugged away at a roughly 70-step per minute pace.  I think I covered about 8,000 step through the workout, but don’t quote me on it.  This is another favorite cardio routine of mine.  Good livin’…just keep on movin’
