Day number 10;  Not terribly stressful, just a nice long workout on the elliptical again.  Really great on the knee.  Set it at a resistance of 2.0; I did go up to 4.0 for a very very short period but when back down quite soon thereafter.  Body does feel good tho already a long slog.   Good livin’…just keep on movin’
