Narrative: (Duration – 30min)
Oh yeah…first real workout after an extended hiatus. Had several injuries in the latter part of 2011; nothing serious, but annoying enough to keep me on the sideline a bit. Â But now, I am ready to go back to war. Â I am not gonna force anything. Â I am just gonna ease myself back into it. Â So I had a light intensity 30 minute cardio workout this afternoon. Â Got up this morning and was all jazzed up to go, but I pushed it to the afternoon.
Abdominal Exercises:
Oblique (L and R) Crunches – 3 sets of 25 reps – 200Hanging Leg Raises – 4 sets of 25 reps – 100- Lying Left Crunches – 3 sets of 20 reps – 60
- Lying Right Crunch – 3 sets of 20 reps – 60
- Front Crunch – 3 sets of 10 – 30
Decline Crunches – 4 set of 25 reps – 100- Push ups – 30
