Narrative: (Duration – 30min)
Oh yeah…first real workout after an extended hiatus. Had several injuries in the latter part of 2011; nothing serious, but annoying enough to keep me on the sideline a bit.  But now, I am ready to go back to war.  I am not gonna force anything.  I am just gonna ease myself back into it.  So I had a light intensity 30 minute cardio workout this afternoon.  Got up this morning and was all jazzed up to go, but I pushed it to the afternoon.

Abdominal Exercises:

    1. Oblique (L and R) Crunches – 3 sets of 25 reps – 200
    2. Hanging Leg Raises – 4 sets of 25 reps – 100
    3. Lying Left Crunches – 3 sets of 20 reps – 60
    4. Lying Right Crunch – 3 sets of 20 reps – 60
    5. Front Crunch – 3 sets of 10 – 30
    6. Decline Crunches – 4 set of 25 reps – 100
    7. Push ups – 30
