Day number 4; Today was a torcher, kicked it up a few notches. Â Cardio is still a long way off, so I am not saying that I am where I need to be yet. Â Â I also included a few exercises as well. Â Did not make much mileage, but resistance was up. Â Good livin’…just keep on movin’
