Body at War 2012: Day# 5 – Cardio

Narrative: (Duration – 72mins)
Day number 5; Today was another good torcher day, more or less maintained the intensity from last workout.  Cardio continues to improve steadily.  I also continue to add movement exercise into the mix; no weightlifting at this point, besides a couple of 35lbs in my obliques. Also, focus continue to be working resistance vs speed.  I will work speed into the mix later.  Good livin’…just keep on movin’

Shania Twain is undoubtedly not only one of the most beautiful women of our generation, she is extremely talented and has managed (knock on wood) to last  for a very long time in our collective consciousness as a gifted artist…did I already mention, she is beautiful.

Day number 4; Today was a torcher, kicked it up a few notches.  Cardio is still a long way off, so I am not saying that I am where I need to be yet.    I also included a few exercises as well.   Did not make much mileage, but resistance was up.  Good livin’…just keep on movin’

Body at War 2012: Day# 3 – Cardio

Narrative: (Duration – 60min)
Day number 3; I have been on the road over the last week so I have missed a few day.  At any rate, I jumped in and up the intensity a bit by upping my time to 60mins.  I would usually continue with 30mins and then move to 45mins, but I am feeling that I have to move it up.  So the workout was ok.  I did not include anything beyond the cardio this time around.  Will include other movements tomorrow.  Good livin’…just keep on movin’

Day number 2; upped the intensity just a smidgin,  felt ok.  Two down…many more to go.   Will be working primarily cardio for the next few weeks until the body start to recognize what the heck is going on.  Good livin’…just keep on movin’
