Day number 11;  Did the early run today by default.  Got up at 0530 and hit the elliptical at 0603. Went at little to no resistance for first 20, then kicked it up to a resistance of 2.0 and alternated with various position/movement through 60 mins.  Good livin’…just keep on movin’
