So after my last entry, I busted through the 365 consecutive days of working out and as of this writing, I am am 391 consecutive day. I am feeling no really ill-effects of it and so I am really psyched about my accomplishments. I have pushed through Idaho, where Lejmarc lives and now I am on my way to Silverdale, WA, where I was stationed in 2003. Still have not pull in the guitar, in fact, I will have to pull back a bit in some other areas this month to get some meaningful project done. Regarding the step challenge - we/I/they ran out of steam. I am just not able to pull anyone else along anymore. It doesn't seem as though the appetite it there for it. The level of participation remained somewhat muted, so I have pulled back. Like I said before, it was meant to be a fun way to stay fit, but my sense was that it was a bit too much - at least in any sustained way. Maybe we will try a 30 press at some other time.
(Kept from previous foreword) - Additionally, I have added a couple layers of complexity or demand to my workout. First, I am religiously sticking to DareBee and the Daily Dare; I am also, keeping the preliminaries. Second, I have added a consecutive component - so, starting with the end of IronBorn (9 April 2017), I have worked consecutively. I intend to push for 60 straight day, then see if I can get to 90. So far I am enjoying it and my body seems to be rising to the occasion. I caught the flu a few day before the end of the last phase (around May 2017) - I worked through it and was back up in only a couple of days. It appears pushing through and forcing my body to continue working, I was able to push the flu out of my way. I am also continuing my virtual push to OKC via Benton. I am really enjoying that but I will have to pick up the mileage here in the next phase as I am running out of time. Keep leaning forward.

- Summary: Sort of a slow start to the day. Feel a bit behind the 8th ball but that's ok. I will get it done and regain my energies.
- DareBee Exercise (Day 1): "Chapter 1" - Hmmm...sort of an easy day. Great to kick off Age of Pandora; looking for to the excitement - Check!
- Daily Dare (285): "50 Slow Climbers" - After completing Carbon and Dust, these are like a cakewalk now. Sad to leave C&D behind but - Check!.
