Sort of took a week off, not willingly, but I have been preoccupied with getting my car straight.Â At any rate, body has been holding.Â My weight has leveled off at 175 average…exactly where I want to be.Â I have been watching my sugarÂ andÂ other carb consumptions.Â I have limited myself to a fewÂ cravingsÂ – pizzaÂ on the weekend and bun once a day during the week.Â Â I really like the rhythm that I am in right now…feeling awesome.
