This is equivalent to Day 25 on Lambada program and Day 41 on the â€œPathâ€ . Â In the ripping-zone, first twice-a-day workout. Â Worked out from 5-6am this morning and then at lunch time. Â Stayed aerobic for most of it, but then did some intervals. Â Felt really good…will watch the results.
