Body at War 2012: Day# 3 – Cardio
Narrative: (Duration – 60min)
Day number 3; I have been on the road over the last week so I have missed a few day. Â At any rate, I jumped in and up the intensity a bit by upping my time to 60mins. Â I would usually continue with 30mins and then move to 45mins, but I am feeling that I have to move it up. Â So the workout was ok. Â I did not include anything beyond the cardio this time around. Abdominal Exercises:
Oblique (L and R) Crunches  w/35lbs DB – 4 sets of 20 reps – 160Hanging Leg Raises – 4 sets of 25 reps – 100Lying Left Crunches – 3 sets of 20 reps – 60Lying Right Crunch – 3 sets of 20 reps – 60Front Crunch – 3 sets of 10 – 30Decline Crunches – 4 set of 25 reps – 100Push ups – 4 sets of 20 – 80

Type: Elliptical
Distance: 5.80 (typically will be well beyond 6miles when I am fit)
Calories: 915 ( I think this was higher, but whateverrrr)
