Narrative: (Duration – 60min)
Day number 3; I have been on the road over the last week so I have missed a few day.  At any rate, I jumped in and up the intensity a bit by upping my time to 60mins.  I would usually continue with 30mins and then move to 45mins, but I am feeling that I have to move it up.  So the workout was ok.  I did not include anything beyond the cardio this time around.  Will include other movements tomorrow.  Good livin’…just keep on movin’

Abdominal Exercises:

    1. Oblique (L and R) Crunches  w/35lbs DB – 4 sets of 20 reps – 160
    2. Hanging Leg Raises – 4 sets of 25 reps – 100
    3. Lying Left Crunches – 3 sets of 20 reps – 60
    4. Lying Right Crunch – 3 sets of 20 reps – 60
    5. Front Crunch – 3 sets of 10 – 30
    6. Decline Crunches – 4 set of 25 reps – 100
    7. Push ups – 4 sets of 20 – 80

Cardio: (Duration – 60min) @ Intensity Level: 6
Type: Elliptical
Distance: 5.80 (typically will be well beyond 6miles when I am fit)
Calories: 915 ( I think this was higher, but whateverrrr)
