Okay, the lady I call mother, and someone I adore without limits, has been living in Allentown, Pennsylvania for sometime now, but I have never visited the place.  Partly because it is so darn far and out of the way, but mostly because I was always deployed and running around the world.  Now that I am more stable…well sort of (keep fingers crossed), I have no reason not to try and make it.  Truth be told, I would rather if she was back in warmer climes, but the choice is hers.
The awesome thing is, this will be first trip with my boy Marcus. Â I have thought of trips such as these with him ever since he was a mere tot; this is almost like a dream come true. Â We will be hanging out for a full week, traveling along the eastern seaboard up to Pennsylvania. Â I will definitely try to make near daily updates here over the next few days to chronicle what things we do. Â One of the biggie is going into New York City to Time Square, Central Park and Museum of Natural History. Â Not sure if we will get to all of that, but we sure will try. Â Wish us luck…yes?
