Pretty good run today on the elliptical; not too late.   Specifics: Incline at 16.0° for most of the workout; a resistance betwen 2-4 and SPM 80+.  I didn’t really feel that tired, but I had to push when I went up to resistance 4.  Felt really tired at the end  I continue to rock Jason Derulo in my earphones – Bubblegum and Talk Dirty. That’s it for today… Good livin’…just keep on movin’
