Okay run; felt a bit tired tho, but my left rotator cuff issue is less pronounced today – after the wife gave me some medicine for it. Specifics:  Worked the elliptical with incline at 18.0° for most of the workout; a resistance between 1-3 and SPM 72-80+.  My Nike+ app started to track at an elevated rate so I primarily used the elliptical for data.  No change,  I continue to rock Jason Derulo in my earphones – Bubblegum and Talk Dirty. That’s it for today… Good livin’…just keep on movin’
