Felt not so much up to myself today; a bit unmotivated.  At any rate pushed through.  Will look forward to a long run day tomorrow.  Specifics: Incline between 16.5°  0t 17.5° for most of the workout; a resistance betwen 1-3 and SPM 80+.  I only felt tired at the final 1/2 mile mark.  I continue to rock Jason Derulo in my earphones – Bubblegum and Talk Dirty. That’s it for today… Good livin’…just keep on movin’
