Mood: okay – not too much to it. Pick my friggin “C” up today after been raked over the coals.

Mood: not too bad day – didn’t do much. refocusing business plan and prepare to push thru this upcoming weekend.

Rest Day and Stuff….

Today is my workout rest day…so far things are going good on schedule.

Went to dinner for Tai’s going away. Really had a good time hanging out with the guys. A bit underdressed for the occassion, but it was a fun time no less.

Tai seemed a bit preoccupied. Seemed as tho he really had either left already or didn’t want to go. I am more inclined to think that it was somewhere in the middle.

Mood: pretty good chill day. Good run to clear mind and refocus.
Watched a couple of movies today – “Underground” a dark pardon the pun, story that pits Vampires against Werewolves. I was impress….yeah…pretty good. The other one was pretty weak – “Black Spring Break” – yeah, it was way weak…won’t even go any further.
