Workout – Running and Stuff

Today’s run – 6.0 km/30 min

Week 3 [7]: 22.4 km [this week] – [Phase II – 67.0 km / (All – 192.6km)]
Week 2 [6]: 27.4km
Week 1 [5]: 17.2km

Mood: Good is becoming a cliche for this. And the damn machine did me in today again…it seems as though everytime I go over 14km it messes up. Not sure how I am gonna get my speed workout. Think I will go check out a machine from the store – maybe I will find a used one….can’t be that expensive.

Mood: Felt really good today. The friggin machine kept stopping abruptly….starting to wear down I guess. I think I was in for close to a 9.0. That definitely will be the goal.

Mood: Felt relatively good after a few days doing nothing due to workload. Have quite a while to go before 9:40 event day, plus will be noturnal which provides my optimum chance. Looking forward to it now. Will try the twice a day starting tomorrow…45 morn and 45 even.

Mood: Another good feeling day. Felt like I ran so much harder yesterday only to run at a much more even paste today with the same results. It seems that the more overall evenly I run the better it is; the result are usually the same over long distance – 30+ minutes

Mood: Felt really good today, eventhough I had a couple last night – no lasting effects. Must be some good stuff. This was my first true 45er. Will do an easy….30min tomorrow. Probably won’t go over 24km for the week. Will be better next week – week 3.

Mood: Really not having much fun getting runs in. Today had a late run. Did a sprint (1.48miles – 10min). Looks like my rountine will have to wait until I go back to nights….
