Day number 6; Said I would take it easy today but felt really good starting out. Pretty much ran a 8:11ish mile up to the 3mi point and then went down to a 9:31mi for the rest. Still no calisthenics yet…working on it. Good livin’…just keep on movin’

Day number 1; I started tuning up in September, but started tracking in earnest as of today. I am using this month as a tuneup to start improving stamina and work a bit on speed. I will eventually start working in adominals and a bit of weights into my program. Good livin’…just keep on movin’
