Oh boy it feels like the year is moving. Lots of activity. I have been quite busy over the last month – mainly working on my house here in Jacksonville and spending quite a bit of time working in Ocala as well. I have a health appreciate for working on irrigation systems. It is hard, hot and makes your joints ache. I also slacked off on my shoulder/foot regiment, but I think it was a good thing tho. I think by easing up, I having giving my body time to heal. I don’t get as much pain in both areas. I did stick to the PT regiment mostly tho and so I think that has paid some dividends. My routine over recent weeks has challenge me to keep up my fitness run much less my PT run. At this point I am 787 Days without a workout break. My garmin burped the other day and broke my streak, I honestly pretty depressed for most of the day until the lost numbers updated. Talking about Garmin, my Vivoactive HR finally die…it just gave up the friggin’ ghost. I got a Vivoactive 3 and I am loving it. It is simply awesome.

The beard is now here, it is no longer coming in. The challenge now it to keep my hair properly groomed. When I do my own barbering, I cut at random intervals, with a beard, you start to look homeless if you don’t maintain it. I will try to do better this month.
Chey had an excellent year. Her last day was yesterday (May 31st). She has all A’s except a 89.75 in Chemistry. I personally think her Chemistry teacher has it in for her, but then again I am dad, so I might just be a bit over protective.
(Kept from previous foreword) – Additionally, I have added a couple layers of complexity or demand to my workout. First, I am religiously sticking to DareBee and the Daily Dare; I am also, keeping the preliminaries. Second, I have added a consecutive component – so, starting with the end of IronBorn (9 April 2017), I have worked consecutively. I intend to push for 60 straight day, then see if I can get to 90. So far I am enjoying it and my body seems to be rising to the occasion. I caught the flu a few day before the end of the last phase (around May 2017) – I worked through it and was back up in only a couple of days. It appears pushing through and forcing my body to continue working, I was able to push the flu out of my way. I am also continuing my virtual push to OKC via Benton. I am really enjoying that but I will have to pick up the mileage here in the next phase as I am running out of time. Keep leaning forward.
