Mood: Still a bit tired feeling….wasn’t really feeling it but had to go forward with something. Will alternate days so as not to burn out. Maintained alternating techinque…. 6(2:30min):7(2:30min):6(2:30m):7(2:30):6(2:30):7(1:30). Did hit 2 set of abdominals – bicycles (35), curl ups (front- 35) and 1 set of push ups (35).
