Workout – Running and Stuff

Today’s run – 3.08m/30 min

Mood: Body felt a bit tired…a bit of left over from yesterday. Not really getting good rest…contemplating buying a Tempur Pedic mattress, as the current bed is pretty muc shot. Maintened alternating techinque….let the 5mph level though – 6(1.25m):7(1min):6(1.00m):7(.25):6(.25):7(.25). Did hit 3 set of abdominals – leg lifts (35), curl ups (front, left, and right – 35) and 1 set of push ups (35).


Week 2: 6.10m [this week] – [Phase I.2- 6.10m / (All – 19.82m)] Week 1: 13.72 m

Zocor maintains up check! Bit of a roller coaster day. Turned down Amsouth’s refinancing offer, starting to work equity lines of credit on both my houses with Wells Fargo. Keeping fingers crossed. Started contractual dealing to purchase house on 2nd St in Ocala. If Wells Fargo goes thru…I will be golden on this.
