Today’s run – 5.7 km/30 min

Week 4: 16.9 km [current week] – [104.7 km for Feb (Total)]
Week 3: 33.0 km
Week 2: 28.9 km
Week 1: 26.1 km

Mood: Feel ok – but not particularly great. Had quite a few brewskies last night so that may have had something to do with it. Just can’t seem to push to the 6.0. No sweat tho it will come in time.
