Rupe’s YoB: Phase III-Day 29(T18) – Cardio

Narrative:
Ok run cardio today.  Got up early for a road run but it started to rain about a 1/2 mile into the run, had to stop.  It appears a huge rain push in coming in.  Expect thunderstorms and high volumes of rain.  At any rate, feel pretty good this morning…day 2 of my 100% week through Friday.

Cardio: 62 mins
Distance: 4.15
Calories: 815 (Elliptical)
Crunches: 150

Tracker
Total Distance: 305.14 miles (Goal 400/94.86 remain)
Total Calories: 75,042 (Goal 80,000/5,773 remain)
Total Crunches: 7,530 (Goal 25,000/17,470)
