Pretty easy routine run today on the treadmill today. Should not have waited so late to run but it felt ok nonetheless. Specifics: Started at 6.0 for the first 10min, then 6.5 for second 10mins, then 7.0 for 3rd 10mins. I then went down to 5.2 for roughly 5mins then went up to 6.5 to finish out. Still rocking Jason Derulo in my earphones – Bubblegum and Talk Dirty. That’s it for today… Good livin’…just keep on movin’
