Okay run; felt a bit tired tho, but my left rotator cuff issue is less pronounced today – after the wife gave me some medicine for it. Specifics: Worked the treadmill for 5 miles at level 6.0. My Nike+ app so surprisingly cooperative today – no issues. No too much change in the music department, I continue to rock Jason Derulo and added a bit of PitBull in my earphones.
