Body at War 2012: Day# 4 – Cardio

Narrative: (Duration – 72mins)
Day number 4; Today was a torcher, kicked it up a few notches.  Cardio is still a long way off, so I am not saying that I am where I need to be yet.    I also included a few exercises as well.   Did not make much mileage, but resistance was up.  Good livin’…just keep on movin’

Abdominal Exercises:

    1. Oblique (L and R) Crunches  w/35lbs DB – 5 sets of 15 reps – 75
    2. Hanging Leg Raises – 4 sets of 25 reps – 100
    3. Lying Left Crunches – 3 sets of 20 reps – 60
    4. Lying Right Crunch – 3 sets of 20 reps – 60
    5. Front Crunch – 6 sets of 15 – 90
    6. Decline Crunches – 4 set of 25 reps – 100
    7. Push ups – 5 sets of 15 +10 – 85

Cardio: (Duration – 60min) @ Intensity Level: 8
Type: Elliptical
Distance: 5.80 (Still getting up to the 6 mile point; resistance over speed right now)
Calories: 1332 (Grrrrr! yes! get some!)

Goal and Statistics
Total Distance:  15.77 (9.97+5.80) miles (Goal 500/0.0 remain)
Total Calories:  3187 (1855+1332) (Goal 100,000/0.0 remain)
Total Crunches:  475 (310+165) (Goal 20,000 / 0)
Total Push Ups:  196 (110+85) (Goal 10,000 / 0)
