Body at War 2012: Day# 2 – Cardio

Narrative: (Duration – 30min)
Day number 2; upped the intensity just a smidgin,  felt ok.  Two down…many more to go.   Will be working primarily cardio for the next few weeks until the body start to recognize what the heck is going on.  Good livin’…just keep on movin’

Abdominal Exercises:

    1. Oblique (L and R) Crunches  w/35lbs DB – 4 sets of 20 reps – 160
    2. Hanging Leg Raises – 4 sets of 25 reps – 100
    3. Lying Left Crunches – 3 sets of 20 reps – 60
    4. Lying Right Crunch – 3 sets of 20 reps – 60
    5. Front Crunch – 3 sets of 10 – 30
    6. Decline Crunches – 4 set of 25 reps – 100
    7. Push ups – 4 sets of 20 – 80

Cardio: (Duration – 30min) @ Intensity Level: 5
Type: Elliptical
Distance: 2.25
Calories: 502

Total Distance: 4.17 miles (Goal 500/0.0 remain)
