Ok run cardio today. Â Got up early for a road run but it started to rain about a 1/2 mile into the run, had to stop. Â It appears a huge rain push in coming in. Â Expect thunderstorms and high volumes of rain. Â At any rate, feel pretty good this morning…day 2 of my 100% week through Friday.
