Rupeâ€™s Year of the Body: Day 9
Great workout today…awesomeÂ pyramid and interval training.Â Had a slight strain after yesterday’s weight-lifting session…had to stretch a bit do a bit more warm up today…body was probably a bit traumatized after months of no lifting.Â At any rate, still feel a bit sore, but overall body really feels as though it’s getting stronger.Â I have not had the massage I promised myself a week ago, think now is the time.
